First part: on behalf of the Popoheo Village Council, Chief Nason Haidu is reading the text of the agreement between them and Radu Voica. The latter is allowed to reside in the village and collect data on Blanga. The amounts to be paid by the linguist for accomodation and consultants are also mentioned. Second part: Chief Nason Haidu agrees to be one of my consultants and is reading the Statement of Consent, which is the one I submitted to SOAS before my departure. . Language as given: English
