Whole exome suequencing in EGFR tyrosine kinase inhbitor resistant lung cancer cells

The goal of this study is to clarify the comprehensive genomic alterations in EGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitor resistant cells. The clarification of the genomic alterations of EGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitor resistant cells helps us understanding the underlying mechanisms of resistance to EGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitors.
