Condica illecta Genome sequencing and assembly. Condica illecta

We collected the insect Condica illecta and got the mitochondrial genome of this insects based on next-generation method. The length of the genome is 15, 367 bp and contains 13 protein-coding genes (PCG), 22 tRNA genes, 2 rRNA genes and an A+T-rich region.本研究采集了昆虫Condica illecta，通过下一代测序方法获取了其线粒体基因组。该基因组全长15367 bp，包含13个蛋白编码基因（protein-coding genes，PCG）、22个转运RNA（transfer RNA，tRNA）基因、2个核糖体RNA（ribosomal RNA，rRNA）基因以及1个A+T富集区（A+T-rich region）。
