In order to investigate the effects of fargesin (FGS) on A549 non-small cell lung cancer cells, RNA-seq were used to detect the potential anti-tumor mechanism of the treatment of FGS. The A549 non-small cell lung cancer cells were treated with or without FGS, then the total RNA of each group was harvested and performed with RNA-seq. Differentially expressed genes (DEGs) were calculated. After that GO enrichment including biological process, cellular component, and molecular function and KEGG pathway enrichment based on the above DEGs were analyzed.

为探究紫菀酮(fargesin, FGS)对A549非小细胞肺癌细胞的作用,本研究采用RNA测序(RNA-seq)技术检测FGS治疗的潜在抗肿瘤机制。将A549非小细胞肺癌细胞分为FGS处理组与空白对照组,收集各组总RNA并开展RNA-seq测序,鉴定得到差异表达基因(differentially expressed genes, DEGs)。随后基于上述差异表达基因,分别进行涵盖生物学过程、细胞组分与分子功能的基因本体(Gene Ontology, GO)富集分析,以及京都基因与基因组百科全书(Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes, KEGG)通路富集分析。
