本数据集记录了感染野生型(WT)、Δptp缺失突变病毒、回复突变病毒及catmut突变病毒的3龄甜菜夜蛾(Spodoptera exigua,简称S. exigua)幼虫的剂量-死亡率反应(半数致死浓度对数,log LC50)与时间-死亡率反应(半数致死时间,LT50)。半数致死时间的测定条件为病毒浓度10^8 包涵体/毫升(OBs/ml),该浓度下的死亡率约为90%~95%。
