LT50 determined for a virus concentration of 108 OBs/ml (∼90–95% mortality).本数据集记录了感染野生型（WT）、Δptp缺失突变病毒、回复突变病毒及catmut突变病毒的3龄甜菜夜蛾（Spodoptera exigua，简称S. exigua）幼虫的剂量-死亡率反应（半数致死浓度对数，log LC50）与时间-死亡率反应（半数致死时间，LT50）。半数致死时间的测定条件为病毒浓度10^8 包涵体/毫升（OBs/ml），该浓度下的死亡率约为90%~95%。
