在数据采集阶段,使用现场工程地址数据、3D地图数据、水文数据资料、气象数据资料,勘测工具如测距仪、测厚仪等工具进行数据收集。在数据处理阶段,把采集的如厂区环境、工艺参数、生产装置运行、风险等级、应急资源等数据作为分析输入,并根据危险度评价法、预先危险性分析评价法、事故后果模拟分析法等评价方法生成危险等级、危险程度、危险源分布、安全隐患、整改措施等结论性数据。数据本身涉及部分企业数据,已通过泛化、抑制、掩码等技术对部分参数、企业信息等进行数据脱敏、匿名化、去标识化,在保障数据可用性的同时避免敏感信息泄露。
During the data collection phase, on-site engineering address data, 3D map data, hydrological data and meteorological data were collected using survey tools including rangefinders and thickness gauges. During the data processing phase, collected data covering plant environment, process parameters, production equipment operation status, risk levels, emergency resources and other relevant content were taken as analytical inputs. Conclusive data such as hazard levels, hazard degrees, hazard source distribution, safety hazards and rectification measures were then generated based on evaluation methods including Risk Rating Method, Preliminary Hazard Analysis (PHA), Accident Consequence Simulation Analysis Method and other similar assessment approaches. As the dataset involves partial enterprise-related data, technologies such as generalization, suppression and masking have been adopted to conduct data desensitization, anonymization and de-identification on partial parameters and enterprise information, ensuring data availability while avoiding sensitive information disclosure.
