A mapping population consisting of 200 recombinant inbred lines (RILs) was constructed by crossing a susceptible variety Zhonghua 16 with J11. Through whole-genome resequencing, a genetic linkage map was constructed with 2,802 recombination bins and an average inter-bin distance of 0.58 cM.
本研究以易感品种中花16与J11为亲本杂交,构建了一套包含200个重组自交系(recombinant inbred lines, RILs)的作图群体。通过全基因组重测序技术,构建了一张包含2802个重组bin、相邻重组bin间平均遗传距离为0.58 cM的遗传连锁图谱。
