This dataset contains county-level daily environmental exposure data for the state of Wisconsin covering the summer seasons from 2018 to 2023. Temperature-related resources are obtained from NSRDB (The National Solar Radiation Database), and air-pollutant related items are obtained from GEOS-CF data from NASA, and reanalyzed. Each record represents a single county–day observation and includes meteorological variables (e.g., ambient temperature, heat index, wet bulb globe temperature) and air pollution metrics (e.g., PM₂.₅, ozone, nitrogen dioxide, carbon monoxide, and black carbon–related indicators). Exposure values are summarized as daily means, daily maxima, or daytime averages, depending on the variable. The dataset is designed to support epidemiologic analyses of short-term exposure effects, including linkage to individual-level health data in time-stratified case-crossover or related study designs. County identifiers and calendar dates allow direct temporal and spatial alignment with health outcome data, while the standardized structure facilitates reproducible exposure assignment across multiple health endpoints and analytical model.
