Survey Instrument to evaulate basic team performance

This survey is a shortened version of the Team Assessment Questionnaire (Simmering & Wilcox, 1994). It was sent to the participating students of the course (post-course & post-exam) to evaluate their team performance. This was a voluntary excercise and the response rate to this survey was around 80%.本调查问卷为《团队评估问卷》（Team Assessment Questionnaire, Simmering与Wilcox, 1994）的简化版本。该问卷于课程结课且考核结束后发放给修读本课程的学生，用于评估其团队表现。本次调研采取自愿参与形式，最终问卷回收率约为80%。
