Oryza sativa cultivar:RGD-7S Transcriptome or Gene expression

the trait of glume-unclosing of RGD-7S is induced by high temperature, which limits its utilization in hybrid rice production. To understand the reasons of glume-unclosing under high temperature, we perform the transcriptomic sequncing under different treatments.
