the trait of glume-unclosing of RGD-7S is induced by high temperature, which limits its utilization in hybrid rice production. To understand the reasons of glume-unclosing under high temperature, we perform the transcriptomic sequncing under different treatments.RGD-7S的颖壳张开（glume-unclosing）性状由高温诱导，该性状限制了其在杂交水稻生产中的应用。为阐明高温下该性状的成因，我们开展了不同处理条件下的转录组测序（transcriptomic sequencing）实验。
