加速度计广泛应用于振动测量领域，使用多功能分析仪配套电荷放大器，功率放大器和中频振动装置对频率范围（20～2000）Hz、加速度幅值范围（0.1～300）m/s-2压电加速度计频率响应和幅值灵敏度两个重要指标参数进行校准。
Accelerometers are widely used in the field of vibration measurement. A multifunctional analyzer equipped with a charge amplifier, a power amplifier and an intermediate-frequency vibration device is employed to calibrate the two critical indicator parameters, namely frequency response and amplitude sensitivity, of piezoelectric accelerometers within the frequency range of (20–2000) Hz and acceleration amplitude range of (0.1–300) m/s².
