Bacterial cytological profiling of E. coli treated with antibiotic compounds.

This submission contains the raw dataset for Figure 2 of the publication "Discovery of isoquinoline sulfonamides as allosteric gyrase inhibitors with activity against fluoroquinolone-resistant bacteria". E. coli were treated with a reference panel of antibiotics, LEI-801 and LEI-800. They were stained with DAPI, FM464 and SytoxGreen and their morphology visualized via fluorescence microscopy.
