Bacterial cytological profiling of E. coli treated with antibiotic compounds.

This submission contains the raw dataset for Figure 2 of the publication "Discovery of isoquinoline sulfonamides as allosteric gyrase inhibitors with activity against fluoroquinolone-resistant bacteria". E. coli were treated with a reference panel of antibiotics, LEI-801 and LEI-800. They were stained with DAPI, FM464 and SytoxGreen and their morphology visualized via fluorescence microscopy.本提交内容包含发表论文"Discovery of isoquinoline sulfonamides as allosteric gyrase inhibitors with activity against fluoroquinolone-resistant bacteria"（即“发现异喹啉磺酰胺类作为针对氟喹诺酮耐药细菌具有活性的变构回旋酶抑制剂”）中图2对应的原始数据集。实验以大肠杆菌（E. coli）为对象，分别使用抗生素参照集、LEI-801及LEI-800进行处理。随后采用DAPI、FM464与SytoxGreen对其染色，并通过荧光显微镜观察其形态学特征。
