A single cell transcriptional profile of undifferentiated skeletal cells in the murine limb bud marked by Prrx1-cre at E11.5 Overall design: tdTomato+ cells were FACS-isolated from embryonic day 11.5 (E11.5) hind limbs of Prrx1-cre; R26R-tdTomato+ mice. 15,000 cells were loaded onto 10X Genomic Chromium Single Cell Expression Solution version 3 platform. cDNA was sequenced by Illumina NovaSeq 6000

本数据集为小鼠肢芽中于胚胎发育第11.5天（E11.5）经Prrx1-cre标记的未分化骨骼细胞的单细胞转录组图谱。实验设计概述：从Prrx1-cre; R26R-tdTomato阳性小鼠的胚胎11.5天（E11.5）后肢中通过荧光激活细胞分选（FACS）分离得到tdTomato阳性细胞，将15000个细胞上样至10X Genomics Chromium单细胞基因表达解决方案v3平台，随后通过Illumina NovaSeq 6000对互补脱氧核糖核酸（cDNA）进行测序。
