Notational Analysis of the 2022 FIVB Men's World Championships (Pool Stage)

The current data set was collected as part of a PhD study in which the objective was to identify which skills were associated with successful volleyball performance, and how this may vary across complexes. Success was defined in three ways, all of which are commonly associated with volleyball performance; Rally Outcome, Set Outcome and Match Outcome. Due to footage quality and issues only 26 matches were analysed from the pool stage of the 2022 FIVB Men's World Championships, all of which were available via Volleyball World TV at the time of data collection.
