The mature fruits of Solanum khasianum C. B. Clarke (S.khasianum) is a common chinese herbal medicine with a long history.A total of 123,704 unigenes were obtained, in which 109,775 (88.74%) were annotated in seven public databases. 85 potential unigenes involved in SGA biosynthesis and 4 unigenes encoding RWP-RK transcription factors (TF) related to alkaloid biosynthesis were identified. 23,636 different expression genes (DEG) were found by comparing gene expression levels in fruits, stems and leaves of S.khasianum. 2503 unigenes of fruit-specific up-regulated expression were identified and analyzed.
喀西茄(Solanum khasianum C. B. Clarke,简称S.khasianum)的成熟果实是一味历史悠久的常用中草药。本数据集共获取123704个单基因(unigene),其中109775个(占比88.74%)可在7个公共数据库中完成功能注释。研究共鉴定出85个参与甾体糖苷生物碱(SGA)生物合成的潜在单基因,以及4个编码与生物碱生物合成相关的RWP-RK转录因子(TF)的单基因。通过对比喀西茄果实、茎与叶片的基因表达水平,共筛选得到23636个差异表达基因(DEG)。此外,本研究还鉴定并分析了2503个果实特异性上调表达的单基因。
