Various studies have been previously conducted on the diagnosis of lymphadenopathy as benign or malignant, but, in those studies to date, the results varied among studies. Those studies were not described to inter-rater agreement on the EUS features of lymphadenopathy. In this study, we evaluated inter-rater agreement on the EUS features and we proposed EUS diagnostic criteria for lymphadenopathy based on inter-rater agreement.

既往已有多项针对淋巴结病良恶性鉴别诊断的研究，但截至目前，各研究结果均存在差异。且上述研究均未涉及淋巴结病内镜超声（Endoscopic Ultrasound, EUS）征象的评分者间一致性相关分析。本研究针对淋巴结病内镜超声征象的评分者间一致性展开评估，并基于该评估结果提出了淋巴结病的内镜超声诊断标准。
