Skeletal muscle phenotype of the DE50-MD dog: fibre profiles and revertants

This dataset contains all fibre profile and revertant fibre histology data used in the manuscript <br> <strong>The skeletal muscle phenotype of the DE50-MD dog model of Duchenne muscular dystrophy</strong> <br> Included are: 1) Images: all raw images used for measurement of fibre profiles (Minimum Feret Diameter, Cross sectional area) in either .zvi (Zeis Vision Image) or .tif format. Images are either staining with picrosirius red, or immunolabelled for the basement menbrane marker perlecan (where indicated, alongside either dMHC or Dys2, for identification of revertant fibres). Also included, where appropriate, are imageJ-compatible masks, ROI manager and results files for each image. <br> 2) Raw data: all per-image MFD/CSA data in excel format. <br> 3) a summary document (excel spreadsheet) collecting all MFD data together, along with median values, coefficients of variation and normalisation to femur length/bodyweight, along with a summary of all revertant counts

本数据集包含发表于论文《杜氏肌营养不良症DE50-MD犬模型的骨骼肌表型》的全部肌纤维轮廓与回复突变肌纤维（revertant fibre）组织学数据。所含内容如下：1) 图像：所有用于测量肌纤维轮廓（最小费雷特直径（Minimum Feret Diameter，MFD）、横截面积（Cross sectional area，CSA））的原始图像，格式为.zvi（蔡司视觉图像格式，Zeiss Vision Image）或.tif。图像可采用天狼星红染色（picrosirius red），或针对基底膜标志物串珠蛋白聚糖（perlecan）进行免疫标记；若存在标注，则同时辅以dMHC或Dys2标记以识别回复突变肌纤维。此外，针对每张图像，还配套提供适配ImageJ的掩码文件、ROI（感兴趣区域，Region of Interest）管理器文件及结果文件（如适用）。2) 原始数据：所有单图像的MFD/CSA原始数据，格式为Excel表格。3) 汇总文档：一份整合全部MFD数据的Excel电子表格，其中包含中位数、变异系数、按股骨长度与体重归一化的结果，以及所有回复突变肌纤维计数的汇总信息。
