To identify differentially expressed genes in HT GCB-DLBCL cell lines transduced with non-silencing control shRNA or DNMT1 shRNA. Overall design: HT cells were transduced with lentivirus vectors expressing shRNA non-silencing control or shRNA targeting DNMT1 (shDNMT1) in duplicate for each shRNA.
本数据集旨在鉴定经非沉默对照短发夹RNA(non-silencing control shRNA)或靶向DNA甲基转移酶1(DNA methyltransferase 1, DNMT1)的短发夹RNA转导的HT生发中心B细胞样弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤(germinal center B-cell-like diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, GCB-DLBCL)细胞系中的差异表达基因。实验整体设计:将HT细胞分别以表达非沉默对照短发夹RNA或靶向DNMT1的短发夹RNA(shDNMT1)的慢病毒载体进行转导,每种shRNA均设置两份重复样本。
