Percentage of variance that PC1 explained, together with the factor loadings of individual models, are shown. Bold values are the four models for which the PC1s were the highest for each combination of species x time, which were selected for the “PCA(median)” consensus. Individual models were generated for the four subspecies separately and for Oncomelania hupensis as a whole.
