<p>The data set comprises two variability spreadshit files, on the RI values, cell area and cell volume of primary cell line (ELCs) and the other from stable cell line RK-13 infected with 3 different equine viruses. Data from digital holotomography analysis (DHT) performed by Igor Buzalewicz group: Bio-Quanty Group, Department of Biomedical Engineering, Wroclaw University of Science and Technology, 27 Wybrzeże S. Wyspiańskiego St., 50-370, Wroclaw, Poland on samples prepared by Anna Matczuk group (Department of Pathology, Division of Microbiology, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Wroclaw University of Environmental and Life Sciences, 50-375, Wroclaw, Poland) </p>
