The rhizosheath microbiome (bacteria and fungi) in five species, Leymus chinensis , Stipa krylovii , Artemisia frigida, Potentilla acaulis, Stellera chamaejasme were sampled and sequenced to invesitigate the diversity of bacteria and fungi along degradated grassland.

本研究对羊草（Leymus chinensis）、克氏针茅（Stipa krylovii）、冷蒿（Artemisia frigida）、无茎委陵菜（Potentilla acaulis）、狼毒（Stellera chamaejasme）这5个物种的根鞘微生物组（rhizosheath microbiome，涵盖细菌与真菌）进行了采样与测序，以探究退化草地梯度下细菌与真菌的多样性。
