We found interferon gama could upregulated adhesion molecules expression in lymphatic vessel endothelial cells and promotes cells adhesive to lymphatic vessel endothalial cells. We discovered the mechanisms about adherence of myeloid depressive cells with lymphatic vessel endothalial cells, which could allow admittance of myeloid depressive cells to lymphatic vessels and reveal that the pathway may represent a potential signaling axis to mediate tumor progression in melanoma.
