Transcriptome analysis of pitaya fruit with different color and texture

In this study, RNA-Seq technology was used to screen key genes related to flavonoid biosynthesis in four types of pitaya with different color, containing red pulp, pink pulp, white pulp, white and transparent pulp.

本研究采用RNA测序（RNA-Seq）技术，在四种不同色泽的火龙果（包含红果肉、粉果肉、白果肉及白色透明果肉）中，筛选出与类黄酮生物合成相关的关键基因。
