Gene expression profiles of METTL5-Wild type(WT) knockout(KO) in HCC cells

本研究以肝细胞癌（Hepatocellular Carcinoma, HCC）细胞系Huh-7细胞与HCC-LM3细胞为实验材料，通过转染METTL5单向导RNA（single guide RNA, sgRNA）敲除METTL5的基因表达，随后检测其下游mRNA的表达变化。实验整体设计：对比肝癌细胞中METTL5野生型（Wild Type, WT）与METTL5敲除型（Knock Out, KO）的转录组。
