Awareness and assessment of the EU regional policy.<br>Topics: awareness of the own city or region receiving support from the EU regional policy; benefits from the support; most important sources of information regarding EU-support for the own region or city; assessment of supporting poor regions by the EU regional policy as a good thing; preference for concentrating support on poorer regions or for supporting all regions equally; importance of supporting the own city or the own region by EU regional policy actions in the fields of: transport facilities, energy supply infrastructure, research and innovation, information and communication technologies, environmental protection, small businesses, employment training, education / health / social infrastructure; approval of the right given to the member states and regions to decide on strategies and projects themselves; approval of the obligation for member states and regions to involve local business and other associations to take care of equal opportunities and environmental issues; attitude towards addressing issues such as globalisation, climate and demographic change in the future; significance of the aforementioned issues.

Demography: sex; age; age at end of education; occupation; professional position; type of community.
