The following resources include associated R scripts, custom R functions, and curated genomic datasets supporting the publication “A genomic framework to evaluate, prioritise and supplement wild and restored sites.” All analyses were conducted in R using a combination of established packages and bespoke functions developed for this study. Filtered dms genomic data files underpinning the analyses are available from the authors upon reasonable request. Custom analytical functions and example workflows are publicly accessible via GitHub (https://github.com/RichardDimon/R_Scripts) to facilitate transparency, reproducibility, and reuse in restoration genomics applications.
