Antibiotic-responsive microbial transcriptomes. Staphylococcus aureus strain:SaR2_none_0m

RNA-Seq on common bacterial pathogens in the presence vs absence of a variety of antibiotics. Two susceptible and two resistant isolates were exposed to antibiotics in laboratory culture, total RNA was extracted at various timepoints from cultures with and without antibiotics, and cDNA libraries were prepared for Illumina sequencing.针对暴露于多种抗生素与未暴露于抗生素的常见细菌性病原菌开展RNA测序（RNA-Seq）研究。本研究选取两株敏感菌株与两株耐药菌株，在实验室培养体系中施加抗生素处理；分别在多个时间点从添加与未添加抗生素的培养物中提取总RNA，并构建cDNA文库以用于Illumina测序。
