To investigate the molecular mechanisms of how Cupriavidus basilensis SRS may aid bioextraction of metals from ores, we exposed C. basilensis SRS to different metals, as well as natural ores Cupriavidus basilensis SRS was grown in media supplemented with 100 PPM Cerium, Lanthanum, Copper or 1g/ml Apatite or Phosphogypsum until mid-exponential phase; cells were saved in RNA-later before harvested for RNA extraction
为探究贝氏贪铜菌SRS(Cupriavidus basilensis SRS)辅助从矿石中生物浸提金属的分子机制,本研究将该菌株分别暴露于不同金属及天然矿石环境中:将其接种于添加100ppm铈(Cerium)、镧(Lanthanum)、铜,或1g/ml磷灰石(Apatite)、磷石膏(Phosphogypsum)的培养基内培养至指数生长中期,随后将菌体保存于RNA later保存液中,再收集用于RNA提取。
