Alignment of publicly available ancient genomes to hg38. Aligned Ancient Genomes

Some ancient genome sequencing results from studies are available only as unaligned FASTQ files. Here we create a place to publicly make available these genomes aligned to hg38.

部分已发表研究中的古代基因组测序结果，目前仅能以未比对的FASTQ格式文件（FASTQ）形式公开提供。我们在此搭建了一个公开平台，用于将这些比对至人类参考基因组hg38的基因组序列予以公开共享。
