Analysis of epithelial and mesenchymal populations in tumor-derived cell lines by scGET-seq

This experiment includes single cell epigenome data (by scGET-seq) for the epithelial and mesenchymal populations isolated from a pancreatic tumor induced in GEM mouse.本实验包含采用scGET-seq技术获取的单细胞表观基因组数据，该数据对应从基因工程小鼠（Genetically Engineered Mouse, GEM）诱导的胰腺肿瘤中分离得到的上皮细胞群与间充质细胞群。
