休闲服装质量检测偶氮测试数据集是汕尾市质计所专业质检机构通过检测产生的有效数据。休闲服装产品具有特定的检测标准和要求，检测过程产生的实测结果数据直观反映被测产品的性能和特点。该数据集的产生过程包括数据测试、数据复核、数据整理、数据分析、数据输出五个过程。具体过程包括针对被测样品的偶氮测试项目进行检测并采集初始检测数据。对初始检测数据进行数据复核，去除重复、错误、缺失等情况的数据，保证初始数据的准确性、完整性。按相关的国家及省的技术标准文件，进行数据标准化、归一化处理，达到GB/T 22700-2016《水洗整理服装》、FZ/T 81007-2022《单、夹服装》、FZ/T 81006-2017《牛仔服装》、FZ/T 73029-2019《针织裤》、FZ/T 73020-2019《针织休闲服装》等休闲服装规定的标准有效数据值。对标准有效数据值采取定性分析和定量分析的方式对数据结果进行判定。最终输出数据字段包括偶氮数据加工分析后的检测结果。
The azo testing dataset for casual apparel quality inspection is valid data generated by the professional quality inspection institution of Shanwei Institute of Measurement and Quality Inspection through testing. Casual apparel products have specific testing standards and requirements, and the measured result data generated during the testing process intuitively reflects the performance and characteristics of the tested products. The generation process of this dataset includes five stages: data testing, data review, data organization, data analysis, and data output. The specific procedures include conducting azo testing on the tested samples and collecting initial test data. A data review is then performed on the initial test data to remove duplicate, erroneous, missing and other invalid data, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the initial dataset. Standardized and normalized processing of the data is carried out in accordance with relevant national and provincial technical standard documents, to obtain standard valid data values specified in casual apparel standards such as GB/T 22700-2016 "Washed and Finished Apparel", FZ/T 81007-2022 "Single-layer and Lined Apparel", FZ/T 81006-2017 "Denim Apparel", FZ/T 73029-2019 "Knitted Pants", and FZ/T 73020-2019 "Knitted Casual Apparel". Qualitative and quantitative analysis are conducted on the standard valid data values to determine the data results. The final output data fields include the test results processed and analyzed from the azo data.
