Sample codes follow the main text. "a" and "b" refer to reconstructed alleles. Numbers preceded by the caret symbol refer to assignments to a priori groupings used by BPP.示例代码紧随正文之后。a与b指代经重构的等位基因（allele）。以脱字符（caret）为前缀的数字，对应BPP所使用的先验分组分配结果。
