真空冷冻干燥法；定期移植法；分类学及嗜盐微生物其它方面的研究；G－，好氧，没有运动性，过氧化氢酶阳性，不产生色素，无孢子，细胞圆形，直径在1.96.0μm之间，无可见鞭毛，中度嗜盐，可以生长在浓度为225(w/v)％的NaCl培养基上，生长温度范围在2045%，生长最适温度为37°C，生长的最适PH为7.010.0
Vacuum freeze-drying method; periodic subculture method; studies on taxonomy and other aspects of halophilic microorganisms. Gram-negative, aerobic, non-motile, catalase-positive, non-pigmented, non-spore-forming spherical cells with diameters ranging from 1.9 to 6.0 μm, no visible flagella, moderately halophilic. This strain can grow on media containing 2–25% (w/v) NaCl, with a growth temperature range of 20–45 °C, an optimal growth temperature of 37 °C, and an optimal growth pH of 7.0–10.0.
