Influence of the ecto-nucleotidase inhibitor APCP and ADA on AMP-mediated effects.

Cells were pre-incubated for 20 min with the ecto-nucleotidase inhibitor APCP (5′-(alpha,beta-methylene) diphosphate) at a concentration of 10−6 M. Ca2+ transients were analyzed, and the ratio after stimulation with AMP at a concentration of 10−4 M for 10 s is given. Data are means ± SEM (n = 3). Actin polymerization after stimulation with AMP for 25 s was measured and calculated as the ratio between the medium control and stimulated cells. Data are means ± SEM (n = 3).
