RNA-sequencing (RNA-Seq) is a precise tool to analyze global transcriptional changes, develop biomarkers, and decipher pathogenic mechanisms. We performed RNA-Seq of urinary cells to investigate gene expression patterns and pathways and whether urinary cell mRNA transcriptional profiles are enriched for biopsy transcriptional profiles. Overall design: We performed RNA-Seq of 57 urinary cell pellets of kidney allograft recipients obtained at the time of biopsy diagnosis of T cell mediated rejection (N=22), antibody mediated rejection (N=8), or Normal/nonspecific changes/no rejection (N=27)

RNA测序(RNA-sequencing, RNA-Seq)是一种精准的研究工具,可用于分析全转录组变化、开发生物标志物以及解析致病机制。本研究对尿液细胞开展RNA-Seq测序,以探究基因表达模式与相关通路,并分析尿液细胞的mRNA转录谱是否在活检组织的转录谱中存在富集现象。实验整体设计:我们采集了57份肾移植受者的尿液细胞沉淀样本,所有样本均获取于活检诊断当日,对应的分组包括T细胞介导排斥反应(N=22)、抗体介导排斥反应(N=8)以及正常/非特异性改变/无排斥反应(N=27)
