This study evaluates the transcriptome of Arabidopsis thaliana seedlings exposed to communities of suppressors (SynCom5-S1) and non-suppressors (SynCom5-NS1) of the plant immune system Overall design: Arabidopsis seeds (wild-type Col-0) were germinated on Johnson medium and grown for 7 days in the vertical position. Plants were then transferred to media containing SynCom5-S1, SynCom5-NS1 (10E5 c.f.u / mL per strain), or no bacteria. Plants were grown in a growth chamber in a 15-h dark/9-h light regime (21°C day /18°C night). Seedlings were harvested twelve days after treatment. The experiment includes six biological replicates from two independent experiments.
