The dinoflagellate (Symbiodiniaceae) make symbiosis relationship with coral, but little is known about the changes in the symbiont during the establishment of the symbiotic relationship. The purpose of this study is to determine the algal changes in the process of symbiosis with coral.
虫黄藻科（Symbiodiniaceae，一类腰鞭毛虫）可与珊瑚形成共生关系，但目前学界对共生关系建立过程中共生体的变化所知甚少。本研究旨在明确珊瑚与藻类共生建立过程中的藻类变化情况。
