Data and code from the manuscript 'On the neural network flow of spin configurations'

Square_ferro_2.txt contains vectorized spin configurations in each file line, starting with the temperature value at which they were drawn from the Monte Carlo Simulation. [Metropolis Algorithm and single spin flip dynamics]

AE-flow-public.ipynb contains the code used to produce the findings in our work. This notebook uses routines from routines.py.
