Variable description is as follows: Data clerk: Study staff who did the consenting, searched and linked study participant’s demographic data with the clinic visit data; Hmname: Homestead name. Name a by which a homestead is known and referred to; HmHead: Homestead head. The person who heads a home, and makes important decisions for the family; Location: Administrative unit in the government structure headed by a chief; Sublocation: A sub-unit of a location headed by an assistant chief; Ehtnicity: Ethnic group; Facility: Health facility name; Date: date information was collected.

- 家宅名称（Homestead name）：用于标识和称呼某一户家宅的名称；
- 家宅户主（Homestead head）：负责统筹家庭事务并为家庭做出重大决策的家庭成员；
- 行政分区（Administrative unit）：政府架构中由酋长统领的行政单元；
- 次级行政分区（Sublocation）：由助理酋长统领的行政分区的下级单元；
- 种族群体（Ethnic group，原文拼写为Ehtnicity，系笔误）：研究对象所属的种族族群；
- 卫生机构名称（Health facility name）：就诊所在的卫生机构名称；
- 数据收集日期：信息采集的具体日期。
