TEACHER PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT IN THE DIGITAL AGE: DIGITAL COMPETENCE, PEDAGOGICAL INNOVATION, AND INSTITUTIONAL SUPPORT

This study examines teacher professional development (TPD) in the digital age by analyzing the interrelationship between digital competence, pedagogical innovation, and institutional support. As educational systems increasingly integrate digital technologies, teachers are expected to adapt their instructional practices and continuously update their professional skills. However, disparities in digital readiness and organizational support often limit effective technology integration.本研究聚焦数字时代的教师专业发展（Teacher Professional Development, TPD），通过解析数字素养、教学创新与制度支持三者间的内在关联展开探讨。随着教育系统日益广泛地整合数字技术，教师需调整教学实践并持续更新专业技能。然而，数字就绪度与组织支持层面的差距，往往会制约技术的有效整合。
