Data in the file collected on CDARS includes but not limited to: diagnoses,demographic data, drug prescriptions, procedures, laboratory tests, visits to emergency department as well as episodes of hospital visits since 1993. International Classification of Diseases, both Ninth (ICD-9) and Tenth Revision(ICD-10) were used to determine diagnostic data. Previous studies have proved that CDARS has a high coding accuracy, which enables it to be a reliable data source while conducting high-quality epidemiological research. To protect identity, records of patients are anonymized.<br><br>

本文件收录的CDARS数据集涵盖但不限于：诊断信息、人口统计学数据、药物处方、诊疗操作、实验室检验结果、急诊就诊记录及1993年以来的住院就诊事件。
诊断数据的编码依据国际疾病分类第九版（ICD-9）与第十版（ICD-10）标准。
既往研究已证实，CDARS的编码准确率较高，可作为开展高质量流行病学研究的可靠数据源。
为保护患者身份信息，所有患者记录均已完成匿名化处理。
