Effect of crude exudates of R. irregularis on seed viability of O. cumana.

Seeds were stained with TTC and examined with a dissecting microscope. Data represent the average percentage of viable seeds. Five batches of approx. 100 seeds were used for each treatment. Means were compared using the Kruskal-Wallis test. No significant differences between treatments were found.实验使用氯化三苯基四氮唑（TTC）对种子进行染色，并通过体视显微镜进行观察。所得数据为有活力种子的平均占比。每组处理均采用5批约100粒种子作为实验样本。采用Kruskal-Wallis检验（克鲁斯卡尔-沃利斯检验）对各组均值进行比较，未发现各组处理间存在显著差异。
