From Policy to Practice: A Review of Africa’s Public Health Policy

Africa faces persistent health challenges, necessitating robust public health policies, but translating these policies into practice is challenging. This study's literature review and policy analysis highlight critical gaps in policy execution, including resource limitations, weak infrastructure, and socio-cultural dynamics. Major barriers include bureaucratic hurdles, corruption, and lack of political will, underscoring the need for adaptive policies, rigorous monitoring, and strategic investments in healthcare infrastructure and workforce development.

非洲长期面临严峻的公共卫生挑战，亟需健全完善的公共卫生政策，但将此类政策转化为实际行动却困难重重。本研究通过文献综述与政策分析，揭示了政策执行环节存在的关键短板，包括资源匮乏、基础设施薄弱以及社会文化制约因素。研究识别出的主要阻碍包括官僚主义壁垒、腐败问题与政治意愿缺失，这凸显了制定适应性政策、构建严格监测体系，以及在医疗基础设施与医护人才培养领域开展战略性投入的必要性。
