The global expression profile duirng chondrogenic differentiation of AC-iMSCs (#7) and OA-iMSCs (#5) was compared to determine the existance of memory of disease Overall design: We performed pairwise differential gene expression analysis at day 0 and day 21 of chondrogenic differentiation and analyzed the effect of physiological state i.e. disease status of donor cells on chondrogenic potential of OA-iMSCs to demonstrate thr retention of OA-memory.
为明确疾病记忆的存在性,本研究对比了AC-iMSCs(#7)与OA-iMSCs(#5)在软骨分化过程中的全局基因表达谱。实验整体设计:我们在软骨分化的第0天与第21天开展了成对差异基因表达分析,并探究供体细胞的生理状态(即供体细胞的疾病状态)对OA-iMSCs软骨分化潜能的影响,以此验证OA记忆的留存特性。
