It encompasses R&D experimental records of mainstream photovoltaic technology routes including PERC, HJT, TOPCon and IBC, with core performance parameters such as photovoltaic conversion efficiency, open-circuit voltage, short-circuit current and fill factor, as well as complete R&D workflow information covering material batches, R&D stages and test results. The data is derived from actual R&D projects of key photovoltaic enterprises in the Chuzhou area, and has undergone professional data cleaning, standardized processing and de-identification protection to guarantee data accuracy and security. This dataset boasts high completeness, strong timeliness and broad applicability, making it suitable for diverse application scenarios such as technical R&D analysis, process optimization and trend prediction.
