This project processes genomic FASTA files to detect and quantify plasmids.The provided scripts automate the process of running PlasmidFinder, aggregating the results for downstream analysis, utilities for automated parameter sweeping and performance evaluation to optimize plasmid detection parameters.

本项目针对基因组FASTA文件（FASTA）开展处理工作，以实现质粒的检测与定量。所提供的脚本可自动化运行PlasmidFinder（质粒查找工具）并整合其分析结果以支撑下游研究，同时还配备了用于自动化参数扫描与性能评估的工具集，用于优化质粒检测的参数设置。
