Synthetic community experiment on allyl-GLS

Synthetic communities of up to three organisms were grown on allyl-GLS as a sole carbon source and the community compositon, as well as the metabolome, were characterized.本研究以烯丙基硫代葡萄糖苷（allyl-GLS）作为唯一碳源，培养至多包含三种生物的合成群落，并对该群落的组成与代谢组（metabolome）开展了表征分析。
